Short GameCube Software round up
This game is a true open world game made with a style. HUGE LA-map to explore. It has gunmode, martial arts mode. You can explore LA freely and solve crime-situations. It has upgrades to guns and unlockable cars. You can even play as Snoop Dogg. And did I say it has a true banging soundtrack. A very likable game!
This LotR - the third age game is a kinda cool addition to the series. But graphics were made with ps2 in mind. I prefer hack and slash LotR, but that might be just me...
EA Sports BIG game series surely has some hidden gems that no one ever talks about. Dont get distracted because it is a sport game. Playing is so damn fun!
The first Metroid Prime, might still be the best out of prime games. Samus Aran in this game is in First Person Adventure, FPA. A great atmosphere. 3D world is impressive and upgrades to the Samus are unique and reasonable.
Maybe the first good 3D polygon modeled Mortal Kombat game. A deadly Alliance has huge unlockables if you grind with this game. Everytime you boot the game, you have to remember combination for the profile, it is kinda annoying, Remember to write it down, so you dont have to start from the beginning.
Rare's last Nintendo game! Very beautiful graphics and artwork. This game wasnt supposed to be a starfox game. It was a random dinosaur planet game. But they added Starfox and it is a Adventure game, not much of a flying in the space, just a little ;)
REmake rules. So damn good textures for its time. With a great 3D models combined with sharp background. A truly next generation experience. A much more polished experience than the original Resident Evil!
I remember this one from Finnish gaming mags, and I always wanted this game! Gladiator grinding game.
This masterpiece is untouchable. Leon S Kennedy is in Europe (probably Spain) trying to find US presidents daughter Ashley. On way to the village. A parasite villagers assasult Leon and we began a long journey from here on...This game has so much badguys and henchmans that I cant even count them. Brilliant level design, and unbeliavable graphics, all made to the gamecube !!! When you get through the game mercenaries mode is a nice addition. Im on my way to play through the Wii Edition, because it has a seperate ways, mode not included in the original GameCube version.
Whoa, did you know youre missing out on LotR saga if you havent played this game, go on and get it and grab a second controller and get your friend to play this too, this has a killer Coop-mode!!!
EA Sports BIG franchise delivers quality once again. This may be the best BIG-series has to offer
It is amazing that this wrestling game manages to be better looking and better playability than wrestling games on modernday gaming machines, im talking about 15 years newer games, that are worse than this. And im not even kidding, this is true!
A much talked about remake of the psone classic. Nintendo and Konami teamed up and Silicon Knights Nintendos 2nd party studio delivered. Some hate this game for no clear reason. Basically this game is updated to mgs2 engine. It has more options on viewpoints and other tricks. That may be the reason for the hate. New action paced cutscenes aint that bad for me. And voice acting redone in this version too. Maybe this alienated the psone audiience, and they reacted. That may be the logic reason from Nintendo to irritate gamers :)
This basically is just a straight forward port. Nothing new
N-Space a major ally studio for Nintendo from North America, developed this a odd fps game. You can basically posses humans with a ghost and do many tricks. Unfortunately it is kinda below average game.
NHL 2004. With SHL and SM-liiga bundled together. Its justa sports game
An experience like no other. DK Bongos combined with a platformer. A crazy idea, but it works
These are western editions of donkey konga games. I have 2 pairs of bongos. Unfortunately OST is kind of a childish on both games. And graphics aint so sharp.
One of the GameCubes launch games. I played this game through. A kinda annoying experience to go through fully, level desing aint so good. With a little work it could be a really great game.
Again factor 5 delivers a masterpiece. Noone other studio on GameCube has used so greatly gamecubes hardware. Campaign is based on a Original SW trilogy. Which is just great. Episodes 1-3 prequels before original trilogy sucked so much. You can do much more interesting gaming content on older star wars movies.
A cool addition for the gamecube library. Its a multiplatform western themed game
This aint xbox's rallisport challenge quality rally game. It tries and game engine is decent and it has multiplayer modes. Xbox horsepower for racing games is just too superior.
Free Radicals attempt to produce psychological thriller game. is a short lived, but a great experience. Free Radical is a great gaming studio. Started by RARE's ex workers.
Product Number three is a gamecube exclusive capcom game. Shinji Mikamis underrated gem!
I got this game for gamecube, this lacks online capabilities but continues a great GBA-connectivity. This aint so bad compared to pc and xbox versions.
Damn this game brings memories. So good multiplayer modes. Jedi battles with 4 player. With endless waves. Single player doesnt lose so much for the factor 5 Star Wars games. This game has great ground battles.
The Last NFS game for the Gamecube. A damn good racer
A launch window game, made by Silicon Knights. This game fucks up your mind, but you might not even notice it. Basically this game campaign travels many generations and it is an evil game.
Rocky game, a damn good game for about 2 days. Movie mode is short lived, but what you can except from cliche game. It delivers content it promises.
I played this game through back in the day. 4 player split screen is added feature that ps2 lacks. But huge minus is gamecube lacks some of fmv clips and extras, just because it lacks space in mini-dvd. 1,4gb in one disc but xbox and ps2 has 4,7gb disc size.
An under appreciated gem. Damn good 4-player modes and bots and characters. Many guns and clever maps and a map editor is included! Also Campaign can be played through with a friend.
NHL06 a decent hockey game. Gamecube version lacks the finnish commentary
Simpsons hit and run accomplished the impossible! GTA clone with a great simpsons characters and humour
A great EA games Bond licence fps.
Dont let the cartooney graphics fool you. This game is a quality fps. Many gamers have hoped for a remaster!
The game is set in an alternate history where the Soviet Union has invaded and occupied New York City. The player takes the role of Christopher Stone, a plumber turned resistance movement leader, fighting against the invaders. From the makers of Hitman games. Also includes a damn funny multiplayer mode! Campaign is a short lived, but gameplay is fun as long as it lasts.
OG Ghost Recon is still a beast game. A little outdated graphics, but dont let it fool you, this game has a great team based combat and soundeffects are exciting. You can play through the game for many ways.
SONIC CD!!! OMG!!! A damn good port
A really good fighter. One of the best launch window games. Beastmode is a great feature, I think it was later copied to Tekken series.
Volleyball game, xbox again has a better option ;) Im talking about Dead or Alive volleyball NUDE EDITION. :D lol
A masterpiece. A truly a piece of an art. Shigeru Miyamoto and Eiji Aunoma made Link to a Bugs Bunny character. A really great experience to just take a sail and explore islands.
Launch NBA game made by Left Field Productions.
Lego game in a Star Wars universe!
Factor 5 delivers, Rogue Leader campaign fully 2 player playable. And introduces a new single player campaign. A truly good graphics for this age. On foot missions are badly coded unfortunately. :(
This project started as a N64 project. And was polished for gamecube a prequel to the RE1
Game based on a little known movie from the 2000's. It is like halo knocc off, kinda copied a warthog ride. I heard and read from the gaming mags back in the day that this is short lived, but gameplay is unique and new. I maybe get to this game in the future.
Sega Megadrive sonic games. And unlockable Flicky, Ristar and vectorman 1 and 2 games
Sega studios deliver a modern classic for the nintendo Gamecube and arcade! This game still is the beast of a game. A very challenging racer. Damn good collection of unlockable features and racetracks.

Tales of Symphony JRPG with a great cel shaded graphics. Gamecube exclusive. You can get friend to play in a battle system to play the game through!
Sega Dreamcasts classic RPG comes to the Gamecube with extra name called Legends. I played this game back in the day aproximately 40 hours. The shipbattles were epic. it is kinda irritating that you get so much random battle encounters!
Paper Mario - The thousand year door (paper mario 2). A great RPG, it is a worthy addition on any gamers library.
Zelda - The 4 Swords. Totally unique experience with a 4 player mode combined with GBA links. Only for hardcore gamers.
A launch window Gamecube game. Waves and water effects are so realistic and physics are different on every weathermode. A very challenging racer. And for me a way better experience on gamecube than on N64!
2002 fighting game developed by Project soul and published by Namco and the third installment in the Soulcalibur series of weapon-based fighting games. Gamecube is a definitive version and it includes Link character.

I played this Hawk game so many countless hours. I cant even express how much ive played this. This was my first Tony Hawk game.
Monolith softwares JRPG. These are the devs of Xenoblade chronicles gameseries. Baten Kaitos has sharp graphics with great backgrounds. Incredible game for its time. Game is on 2 discs but voice character audio quality sounds reduced.
The third instalment of Prince of Persia Sands-trilogy. Maybe the best, Wii has a sequel for this called "forgotten sands"
Dreamcast Sonic games rejoice on Gamecube!
One of Rockstar games produced game on Nintendo Gamecube. Open Area racer!
BMX bike game, not so good as Tony Hawk 4.

In the game, Dr. Muto has the ability to morph into many creatures, and use a variety of gadgets to get through the game. Dr. Muto is able to turn into 5 different creatures with the use of the Splizz Gun in the game. These can be unlocked by collecting items like isotopes and animal DNA. These morphs also have special extras. There are seven different gadgets Dr. Muto can use. Dead to Rights makes use of bullet time (a mechanism used mostly in Max Payne series), a popular gameplay mechanic of the time. The game advertises itself as drawing inspiration from Hong Kong Action Cinema, The player is sometimes accompanied by Shadow, a canine partner who can attack enemies on command, and who will automatically kill whatever enemy he's aimed at and then bring the player whatever the enemy was carrying (to keep the dog from being too powerful, his attack can only be used when a meter for it fills up). In some puzzle sections, the player actually takes direct control of Shadow to reach areas that the human character cannot.

Hitman 2 has a kinda better graphics compared to ps2 version. Textures use different technology. If you have 1 basic normal Gamecube memory card it uses the whole memory card!
A great surfing game, there isnt many games like it!
A kinda strange decision to publish Die Hard game exclusively for Gamecube, maybe they were trying to do same kind of a impact as N64 GoldenEye. But Die Hard unfortunately fails to achieve anything.

Some prefer this MarioKart over all of the series. But for me there isnt so many circuits. It has great ideas, but sometimes in 150cc races it feels unfair! Supports BBA- Local Area Connection (LAN)Up to 4 gamecubes
A decent StarFox game not made in a Nintendo studio if I remember correctly!
Luigis Mansion is a wise decision for the Nintendo GameCube Launch title. Nintendo Realised they have to do something else in the Mario universe and they presented a Luigi as a main hero!
I heard rumours Nintendo tested 3D capabilities way back in GameCube devkits and in a future 10 years forward introduced 3DS.
GameCube online-gaming still lives!! LOL Sega is a hero in this time for the Nintendo Online. Nintendo wasnt happy with a online gaming trending in console business. Thank God SEGA exists!
The First Burnout game, a decent racer
A kinda dull snowboarding game. Gamecube has 2 ssx games. 1080 Avalanche was made in Nintendos own gamestudio. Supports BBA for LAN.
Bomberman is back, and has a good adventure mode
First Mario Adventure for Gamecube if Luigis Mansion doesnt count. N64 Mario made a hugely better impact. And used ideas for a better purpose!
